Seminar for Early Career Researchers

An in-person brown bag seminar for early career researchers (ECRs) will be organized at the KOPRI campus in Incheon. This seminar, prepared as a side meeting to the 27th ISPS, will provide an invaluable opportunity for next-generation scientists to meet with an established polar researcher and learn from her academic endeavors.

The 13th Conference of the Korean Society of Polar Medicine

Amid stronger social demands on field researchers’ health and safety in the polar regions, the Korean Society of Polar Medicine will host its 13th Conference as a side meeting of the ISPS on September 21. In the conference, prominent Korean and international experts of reverence will share ideas and insights to develop ways to better respond to possible medical cases in the Arctic and circumpolar regions.
